Chancellor Kourad Adenauer today accepted the resignation of Theodor Oberlaender as West German Minister for Refugees, Dr. Oberlaender had been charged with participating in the 1941 massacre of Polish Jews in Lemberg. Dr. Adenauer said he would obtain final, formal approval of the resignation tomorrow from President Heinrich Luebke.
