The first fatality attributable to the anti-Jewish riots of May 13 in Brzesc occurred today when a four-month-old baby who was dropped to the ground during the disorders, died in the Jewish Hospital.

Another victim of the disorders, Boruch Silberberg, 50, was in grave condition in the hospital and little hope was out for his recovery.
