Arthur Fiszhon, JDC representative for Greece and Turkey, has arrived here to undertake a survey of the present needs of Bulgarian Jewry. After a study of budgetary requirements, Fiszhon will make recommendations as to the best means of supplementing the aid that the Jews are at present receiving from the Bulgarian Government. It is expected that JDC aid will take the form of loans, tools, employment cooperatives, and vocational training.
