College of Jewish Studies Presents Degrees to 19 Students

Nineteen graduates received their diplomas and degrees here from the College of Jewish Studies at the 24th commencement exercises. Honorary degrees of Doctor of Hebrew Letters were awarded to Professor William B. Kilpatrick, foremost American educator, on the occasion of his eightieth birthday; Arigdor Hameiri, leading Hebrew poet and author; and Professor Hissan Touroff, distinguished Hebrew educator and writer.
