Condoleezza Rice will visit the Middle East next month. Rice, who has just been confirmed as Secretary of State, plans to visit the region from Feb. 3-Feb. 10, David Satterfield, the deputy assistant secretary of state, said Thursday at a U.S. Institute of Peace conference.
