Citations honoring them for their aid to the “cause of brotherhood and understanding among men” were awarded last night to Henry Ford II and Roger Williams Straus at the 20th anniversary extension fund dinner of the National Conference of Christians and Jews.
In addition to Ford and Straus, speakers at the meeting included Dwight Palmer, Nelson A. Rockefeller, Deputy Mayor John J. Bennett and Everett R. Clinchy, president of the Conference, and James A, Farley, former Democratic National Chairman.
