The European Conference of the World Jewish Congress entered its second day today with reports by representatives of the Jewish communities in Britain, Yugoslavia and Austria. Among the subjects discussed was the question of participation by international Jewish organizations in the administration of heirless Jewish property in various European countries. Alex Easterman, executive secretary of the British section of the Congress, criticized the fact that Jewish representatives had not been heard by the Council of Foreign Ministers during their deliberations on the German and Austrian treaties.
