Congress of Minorities Opens Session in Geneva

The Congress of National Minorities in European countries was opened here this afternoon A decision not to admit for the time being any new groups to the congress membership was adopted.

The representatives of the Jewish minorities is the second largest group attending the Congress. The Jewish representatives, ten in number, include Dr. Leo Motzkin, Rabbi Nurok of Riga, Deputy Isaac Gruenbaum of Warsaw, Deputy Robinson and Dr. Emil Margolies.
