Coolidge Appoints Bloom to Copyright Conference

Congressman Sol Bloom, New York, was appointed by President Coolidge American representative to the meeting of the International Union on Copyright to open in Rome on May 8.

Congressman Bloom who is a recognized authority on copyright, stated the gathering will be attended by delegates from twenty-eight countries embraced by the Union to which America never belonged, but is likely to accept membership in the near future.
