Coopersmith Sails for Vienna

Harry Coopersmith, head of the music department of the Board of Jewish Education sailed for Vienna where he is planning to stay until the Spring. He is taking a leave of absence for ten months in order to make an intensive study of Jewish synagogue and folk music. His plan also includes making a comparative study of music in the Palestinian schools.
