Court Declines to Act Against Dr. Weiss

The Berlin Court yesterday declined to act against Dr. Bernhard Weiss, former vice-president of the Berlin Police Department, for alleged continuation of his duties after his ouster by order of the von Papen government.

The court ruled that the action against Dr. Weiss is without foundation.
