The Supreme Court in Vienna has upheld a lower court’s granting of a divorce on racial grounds, it was reported here today. In its verdict, the Supreme Court declared there was an “unbridgeable gulf” between an “Aryan” man and his baptized wife, in view of the former’s membership in a party making anti-Semitism one of its strongest principles.
