Czech Republic President Vaclav Havel unveiled a plaque at Sachsenhausen to remember the more than 1,100 Czech students who were sent to the former concentration camp near Berlin after the Nazis closed universities in November 1939. Havel said people should never again turn a blind eye to the forces of evil.
