David Ben-Gurion, chairman of the executive of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, arrived in New York today on board the Excambion.
Ben-Gurion immediately left for Baltimore where he was expected to address the Inter-American Jewish Congress meeting there, on the failure of the negotiations with the British Government in connection with the formation of a Jewish army. The Zionist leader has been in London for several months conferring with Jewish circles there.
