David Frankfurter, Yugoslavian Jewish medical student awaiting trial for the assassination last February of Wilhelm Gustloff, Swiss Nazi agent, was today adjudged sane by a commission of experts appointed by a court to examine his mental condition.
The trial is expected to open at Chur next month.
