Actual work on the Dead Sea concession will be begun November 1. This statement was made to representatives of the Arabic press by Engineer Moses Novomejsky, who is here to make a survey of the Dead Sea region.
Mr. Novomejsky stated that unskilled labor will be recruited from native workers entirely.
