The Jewish Telegraphic Agency is informed by the German Minister of Foreign Affairs that ### is not aware of any official or unofficial representations made by the American Ambassador to leading German officials looking towards the abandonment of anti-Semitism in Germany.

The, report to which the German government takes exception to, was carried by the J.T.A. from Washington and was derived from an apparently reliable source. According to this report, a prominent American recently returned from Berlin, had been informed that the American Ambassador in an informal capacity had sought to intervene in behalf of the Jews.
