Michigan is the third worst state in the union as far as resort discrimination against Jews is concerned, Irving Fidelman, chairman of the Michigan Regional Advisory Board of the Anti-Defamation League, said here. The first two are Maine and North Carolina.

Citing an ADL survey, Mr. Fidelman said that nearly 49 percent of Michigan resort owners who were polled indicated that they do not accept Jews as guests. He added that there were also frequent cases of Catholic resorts rejecting Protestant guests and Protestant resorts refusing Catholics.
