Dov Weisglass, a veteran adviser to Israel’s political leaders, quit to pursue his private business career. Weisglass formally ended his tenure at the Prime Minister’s Office on Sunday and took up a senior post at Israel’s national telephone firm, Bezek. He was long considered the eminence grise of Israeli politics, thanks to his close connection with former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon.
