Dozens of young Israelis arrested after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks are still being held by U.S. immigration authorities, on suspicion of working illegally in the United States. Eleven Israelis were detained in the Cleveland area, and other arrests have been reported in Houston, Kansas City, St. Louis and San Diego, according to the Israeli Consulate in New York.
