Dr. David Ginsburg, a 41-year-old native of New York City, today assumed his new duties as acting head of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. A professor of chemistry at the Technion, Dr. Ginsburg temporarily replaces General Yaacov Dori, who has taken a year’s leave of absence for health reasons. Dr. Ginsburg recently returned from a year’s stay in the United States.
