Dr. Nahum Goldmann today conferred with Premier David Ben Gurion and reported to him on the meetings between a world Jewish delegation and Austrian Cabinet officials during which the delegation submitted claims for material reparations for damages suffered by the Jews in Austria during the Nazi regime.
Later, Dr. Goldmann was received by Israel President Isaac Ben Zvi to whom he gave a similar report. At a meeting of the Jewish Agency executive Dr. Goldmann presented the Austrian reparations picture and gave details of his meeting with the Austrian Cabinet members and Austrian President Theodore Koerner.
