Dr. Jacques Segal, Revisionist Leader, Dies in Paris

Jacques Segal, member of the Central Executive Committee of the Zionist Revisionist Organization and wartime liason officer between the French and British military forces in Palestine and Syria, died today at the age of fifty-nine.

Dr. Segal was a physician, bacteriologist and a Zionist leader. He was born in Safed, Palestine, and studied at the Sorbonne in Paris. He later studied bacteriology in the Lister Institute in London.

Dr. Segal represented the French government at the opening of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He was a Knight of the French Legion of Honor.
