Dr. Jonas Salk, discoverer of the vaccine providing immunization against infantile paralysis, will visit the State of Israel in early May, it was learned today.
Dr. Salk advised the Israel embassy of his plans and said he looked forward to the trip which he expected to be an enriching experience. While in Israel, Dr. Salk plans to visit hospitals and medical facilities.
