Dr. Joseph H. Schwartz, vice president and executive head of the Israel Bond Organization, will leave for Europe and Israel to study Israel bond sales operations in Western Europe, and to confer with leaders of the Israel Government, it was announced today by Abraham Feinberg, president of the Development Corporation for Israel. This will be Dr. Schwartz’ first trip to Europe and Israel since he assumed responsibility for the direction of the bond drive on May 16 of this year.
Dr. Schwartz will meet with leaders of Jewish communities of Western Europe for the purpose of drawing up plans for Israel bond campaigns during the Fall. The countries he will visit include Belgium, Holland, Switzerland and France.
