Dr. Henry Slonimsky, professor of ethics at the Jewish Institute of Religion, will speak on “Present Discontent” at a meeting of the New York Board of Jewish Ministers on November 28, Rabbi Max Dreb, president of the group, announced Friday. The meeting will be held at the Community House of Congregation Emanu-El.
