Dr. Chaim Weizmann today appealed to the Jews outside of Palestine not to establish Jewish universities in the countries of their residence and to concentrate on aiding the Hebrew University in Palestine.

(The American Friends of the Alliance Israelite Universalle in New York announced that the French Association of Friends of the Hebrew University, which was active before the war, is now being reconstituted in Paris.
