Dr. Jacob Yavnozon, president of the OSE of Mexico, was honored here by the American OSE Committee at a luncheon in his honor at the Essex House at which he was presented with a Scroll of Honor noting the inscription of his name in the Golden Book of the Jewish National Fund. The Mexican OSE conducts a large medical center and convalescent home in Mexico and also provides funds for OSE work abroad.
