Donald, High Commissioner for German-Jewish refugees, has made to South America to negotiate for the admittance of refugees there. A large army of Jewish applicants is ready to proceed to any of the South American countries where they believe they can establish themselves in such a way as to greatly help the development of the countries in which they will be given refuge.

The grave problem which many German-Jewish families are now facing is how to take their money out of Germany. A large number of them have deposits in German banks but are prevented from taking money out of Germany because of the existing exchange regulations. This restriction hampers them in their efforts to leave the country, since they can not adjust themselves in other countries without having at least a part of their capital with them.
