Dr. M. Van Blakenstein, editor of the Rotterdamsche Courant, has been elected president of the International Journalists’ Federation at the League of Nations. Dr. Blakenstein is a member of a Dutch Jewish family that has given Holland’s Jewry many Zionist leaders.
