Israel Ambassador Abba Eban met with Secretary of State John Foster Dulles today to discuss, among other matters, the Bulgarian downing of the Israel aircraft.
The Ambassador did not reveal the details of the discussion with the Secretary. He stated only that he had reviewed all matters effecting Israel and the Middle East that had elapsed since his last meeting with Mr. Dulles in April.
