Editorials in U.S. newspapers continue to back Israel in its current crisis with the Palestinians, according to a new survey by the Anti-Defamation League. Sixty percent of editorials between Oct. 16 and Dec. 1 clearly supported Israel and criticized the Palestinians, while 40 percent criticized both sides. The results of the survey agree with those found in an earlier ADL analysis of editorials during the first few weeks of the 10-week-old conflict.
