Edward A. Norman, president of the American Fund for Palestinian Institutions, flew to Israel yesterday to survey the activities of the 99 cultural, educational, social welfare and religious institutions in Israel benefiting, from the Fund’s 1949 campaign for $2,318,000. Norman will also consult with leaders of the Jewish Agency and the Government of Israel on the development of intercultural relations between the United States and Israel.
