Edward M.M. Warburg, son of the late Felix M. Warburg, has accepted the chairmanship of the 1940 campaign of the United Jewish Appeal in the New York and Metropolitan area, it was announced today. Gov. Herbert H. Lehman and Henry Ittleson will serve as honorary chairmen.
