Ernest Bevin to Head British Delegation at U.N. General Assembly in Paris

The British delegation to the General Assembly of the United Nations, scheduled to begin Sept. 21 in Paris, will be headed by Foreign Secretary Ernest Bevin, it was announced by the Foreign Office over the weekend.

The Foreign Office added that should pressure of work prevent Bevin from remaining throughout the sessions, Minister of State Hector McNeil will take over. Other members of the delegation will be Attorney General Sir Hartley Shaw cross, W. ?lenvil Hall, Financial Secretary to the Treasury, and Sir Alexander Cadogan, permanent British representative to the U.N.
