Israel’s Cabinet interrupted its proceedings immediately, during its regular, weekly session this morning, when word was received of the death of Sir Winston Churchill, and a brief eulogy was voiced before the Ministers by Presmier Levi Eshkol. Mr. Eshkol will also eulogize Sir Winston tomorrow in Parliament. Messages of condolence were cabled to Queen Elizabeth II and to Lady Churchill by President Shazar.
