The Israel Communist newspaper, Kol Haam, reported today that an expansion of Israeli-Soviet cultural relations had been approved in talks in Moscow between Soviet officials and Mrs. Margot Klausner, a film producer active in the Israel-Soviet Friendship League.
The agreement reportedly includes plans for a Joint Soviet-Israel medical symposium, an exchange of art materials, and an exhibit of Soviet graphic arts at the Tel Aviv Museum.
