Explosives Found Near Synagogue in Buenos Aires; Police Investigate

An explosive charge, with a fuse which apparently had burned out, was found today about three yards away from a synagogue on Clleros Street in Buenos Aires. Explosives experts of the federal police ended the danger of a detonation by dismantling the explosive. Police started an investigation.
