Fire Destroys Old Folks Home in Jassy

The Jewish Old Folks Home here was destroyed by fire today.

Seventy inmates, some of whom are ninety years old, remained roofless. The committee despatched an appeal to the Jassy Landsmanschaften in the United States, asking for funds to rebuild the home.
