Mrs. Franklin D. Roosevelt is among the patronesses announced yesterday for the Thanksgiving night frolic of the young men’s and women’s division of the Federation for the support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies. The festivities will be staged in the main ballroom of the Hotel Commodore.
Associated with Mrs. Roosevelt on the committee of sponsors are Governor and Mrs. Herbert H. Lehman.
Proceeds will go to the Federation, now in the midst of an emergency campaign to permit it to continue assistance of ninety-one affiliated charitable institutions.
