Fish Repeats Denial of Nazi Sympathies Before Dickstein Inquiry Body

Congressman Hamilton Fish, Jr., of New York, testifying before the Dickstein inquiry into Nazi activities in this country, yesterday denied he had ever attended a Nazi meeting and announced his opposition to Nazi propaganda activities here.

Emile Gavreau, New York editor, also testified before the committee on the terroristic methods employed by Nazis here to win support from German-Americans. He said he had received many death threats from Nazis.

Joseph Smith, president of the National Association of American Seamen, testified further regarding employment of Germans on American vessels.
