Five American Jewish teenagers are inaugurating a study program in Israel. The five are flying to Israel on Tuesday to take part in the first year of the Elite Academy program, sponsored by the Jewish Agency for Israel and Israel’s Education Ministry, for graduates of the ninth or 10th grades.
