For the first time in Israel, a complicated head surgery was broadcast live on the Internet from a Tel Aviv hospital. Viewing the operation were more than 6,000 people, including surfers from China, Japan, Singapore, Norway, Russia, South Africa, Canada and the Palestinian-ruled areas.
