Foreign consulates in Czechoslovakia are making ## difficult for holders of Palestinian passports to obtain visas. The Swiss consulate refers applications to Berne, while the French and Belgian consulates submit visa (##)guests to the British Embassy here. It is reported that this procedure was adopted following a British request to help prevent unauthorized immigration into Palestine.
