It was announced officially that Senator Henri Berenger, chairman of the Senate Foreign Affairs Commission, will head the French delegation to the refugee-aid conference which convenes july 6 at Evian-les-Bains. Senator Berenger will be assisted by Minister Plenipotentiary de Reffye and M. Arnal, director of the Qual D’Orsay’s League of Nations section.
