French Jewish and Muslim organizations are set to form a group to monitor racially motivated attacks. The International League Against Racism and Anti-Semitism, an organization close to major French Jewish organizations, announced Monday that it would support the formation of a joint body to monitor acts of anti-Semitism and Islamophobia.
