French Jewish students plan to document the recent rise of anti-Semitic violence. The Union of Jewish Students of France said the “White Book,” to be published in February, will cover anti-Semitic incidents in France since the start of the Palestinian uprising in September 2000. At its national convention this week in Lyon, the group also declared its intention to begin a Jewish-Muslim dialogue.
