A military tribunal here today sentenced Hans Sommer, former member of the German secret police, to one year’s imprisonment or a fine or 6,000 francs on the charge of helping French fascists blow up synagogues during the Nazi occupation of Paris. Two German soldiers were wounded on Oct. 2, 1941, when a bomb exploded outside the largest synagogue in the city, located on Rue de la Victoire.
