French police are looking for an ax-wielding avenger in connection with the desecration of some 60 Jewish graves. The man, who signed the name of the biblical figure Phineas, or Pinchas, on one of the tombs, is also suspected of carrying out an attack on a Muslim passer-by in a Lyon suburb earlier this month.
