Frigid Air Currents from Siberia Bring Cold Spell to Tel Aviv

This city shivered today in a cold spell that caused citrus growers all along the Mediterranean coast to take special measures to try to protect their crops from frost. The cold snap followed the coldest November in the city’s recent history–a cold spell attributed by weather men to frigid air currents coming down from Siberia.
